Location: New York

Responsibilities

  • Lead large‑scale regulatory or infrastructure projects within the trading business.
  • Manage complex cross‑functional projects, coordinating Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Technology.
  • Deliver complex projects by managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Act as a liaison to cross‑functional stakeholders, listening, synthesizing, and contributing to project success.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in a senior or trading‑adjacent role with a deep focus on OTC derivatives (IR Swaps, FX Forwards/Options, Structured Products).
  • Experience building a crypto derivatives trading desk or leading trading‑related infrastructure projects from the ground up; experience with large‑scale regulatory or infrastructure projects is strongly preferred.
  • Strong, practical understanding of the entire derivatives trade lifecycle, market microstructure, and day‑to‑day realities of a trading environment.
  • Deep familiarity with derivatives legal frameworks (ISDA/CSA) and the regulatory landscape for derivatives trading.
  • Experience in both traditional finance and cryptocurrency markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple departments (Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Technology) to deliver complex projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to dive deep into details while maintaining a strategic perspective.
  • A Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Financial Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline is highly preferred.
  • Relevant FINRA registrations (Series 7, 63, 24) are a strong plus.
