Financial Analyst, Loan Servicing
Job Summary
Ready Capital Affordable Multi‑Family is a dynamic niche business dedicated exclusively to Affordable Housing Finance. With a team of 25, the firm has recently closed its own investor fund and currently services a loan portfolio of $4.3billion. We are seeking an Associate, Loan Servicing to support day‑to‑day administration and servicing of a commercial real‑estate loan portfolio.
Responsibilities- Generate and distribute monthly loan invoices to borrowers and property managers.
- Assist with new loan file set‑ups and loan onboarding.
- Maintain integrity and accuracy of loan data within the servicing system.
- Monitor monthly delinquencies and escalate issues as needed.
- Perform account reconciliations, including posting monthly receipts and disbursements in accordance with established procedures.
- Process tax and insurance payments and prepare direction letters as required.
- Monitor property insurance coverage for compliance with lender requirements.
- Administer escrow accounts, including disbursements and periodic escrow analyses.
- Monitor loan‑level trigger events (e.g., covenant thresholds, stabilization date deadlines, maturity dates, insurance expirations) and ensure timely follow‑up.
- Collect and track borrower compliance deliverables, including financial statements, budgets, audits, and compliance certificates.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects at once.
- Solution‑focused and detail‑oriented individual.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a firm command of Microsoft Office.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn as you go.
• Bachelor’s degree required (Finance and/or Real Estate concentration a plus)
• Experience in commercial real estate lending, banking, or financial services
CompensationAnnual full‑time salary range: $60,000 – $100,000. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and performance. Certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, performance and approval.
