Job Summary:
A Non-Financial Risk Analyst identifies, assesses, and monitors risks that are not related to financial losses, such as operational, compliance, regulatory, and reputational risks. The role ensures the organization follows policies and avoids potential business disruptions.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and assess non-financial risks (operational, compliance, regulatory)
- Support risk frameworks like RCSA (Risk & Control Self-Assessment)
- Monitor and report risk incidents and control effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Work with teams to improve risk controls and processes
- Prepare risk reports and documentation for management
- Knowledge of risk management frameworks (RCSA, control testing)
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Experience with risk tools or data analysis is a plus
