Summer Internship

Open Yield is looking for a high‑caliber college student to join us for a summer internship focused on fintech / fixed income capital markets.

This is a general internship opportunity for someone who wants meaningful startup experience, exposure to capital markets, and the chance to work closely with a small team building modern infrastructure for fixed income trading.

The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, highly motivated, detail‑oriented, and interested in how markets, technology, and business strategy intersect. Prior fixed income experience is not required, but a genuine interest in finance and capital markets is important.

• Market research and competitive analysis
• Business development and customer research
• Marketing, content, and communications
• Data analysis and reporting
• Fixed income market structure research
• Product and customer workflow analysis
• Internal operations and special project

We are looking for someone who can take ownership, learn quickly, communicate clearly, and contribute real work in a fast‑moving startup environment.

This internship may be eligible for college credit, depending on your school’s requirements.
