What you’ll do
- You build and maintain regional quantitative supply‑demand models for North American natural gas.
- You develop and continuously improve production, storage, and demand forecasts.
- You create analysis and tools that support and fine‑tune algorithmic trading strategies in close collaboration with traders and software developers.
- You run back‑testing and validation of trading strategies to ensure models are robust before they hit the market.
- You ensure high quality and reliability of the data feeding our trading and forecasting models.
- 3–5 years of experience within commodities fundamental analysis, ideally in natural gas.
- Per a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or another quantitative field.
- A strong quantitative toolbox within statistics, econometrics, data science, or applied mathematics.
- A confident Python user, comfortable working with data and models in production.
