Vice President Finance

Finatal is partnering with a growth equity-backed B2B SaaS business to appoint a VP/Head of Finance, a critical senior hire with full ownership of the finance function, reporting directly to the CEO.

The company is scaling rapidly, with clear line of sight to $25M+ ARR within the next two years, operating at the intersection of AI and digital commerce. The platform serves a global base of leading brands, driving measurable improvements in conversion and margin performance.

This is a true leadership role with real ownership - you will be the most senior finance person in the business, with existing resources in place to support execution. The mandate spans month-end close and audit through to board reporting, investor relations, and fundraising support. As the business scales, you will shape and grow the finance function around you.

You will:

• Own financial reporting with cadence and rigour (weekly, not quarterly)
• Partner closely with the CEO and board on growth strategy and performance
• Build and refine systems, controls, and forecasting capability
• Operate as a true finance lead in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment

We are looking for:

• Ideally someone who has held the #1 finance seat in a scaling B2B SaaS business (0-$25M ARR journey). Strong #2s with direct board exposure will also be considered.
• Proven reporting discipline - PE or growth equity exposure preferred
• Board-facing confidence and strong commercial instinct
• A builder mindset; someone who has scaled within a business
