Director of Internal Audit

I’m working with a leading global investment solutions partner with nearly $400B in AUM that offers a broad range of investment capabilities to institutional investors, financial intermediaries, and individual investors worldwide.

They are seeking a Director of Internal Audit to report directly to the Chief Audit Executive
. This role will join a six‑person team based in NYC
, with four days onsite
.

• $120-200k + 5% 401k + an additional 0-5% safe harbor
• 3 remote WFH weeks a year

• 5+ years of internal audit experience required
• CPA, CIA, and/or CFA preferred but not required
• Strategic, hands‑on leader with the ability to build strong relationships across a global organization

• Results-oriented with the ability to effectively resolve/manage problems and competing priorities
• The ability to build trust with others through commitment to the highest ethical and professional standards
