Location & Work Requirements
Full‑time onsite at our Manhattan, New York City office.
Responsibilities- Work closely with senior members of the fintech sales team to own and co‑own client relationships. Provide support for live deals, including preparing presentations, proposals, and coordinating with internal teams.
- Become a subject matter expert in fintech & payments.
- Become an expert in the cryptocurrency market and Bit Go's custody, trading, staking, lending, and DeFi products.
- Work in a fast‑paced environment, driving and managing client requests, issues, and initiatives across multiple teams (trading, lending, operations, compliance, and support).
- Own the full sales cycle: prospect new business, generate and qualify leads, nurture contacts, and close deals.
- Conduct consultative sales calls and product deep dives, leveraging your expertise of Bit Go's products and how they meet specific client needs.
- 2-6 years of experience in crypto, traditional finance (investment or corporate banking), or fintech. Client‑facing experience preferred but not required.
- Experience interacting with and offering white‑glove coverage and service to institutional clients.
- Knowledge of fintech, financial markets, crypto market trends, custody.
- Ability to work in a competitive, fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated interest in digital assets.
- Knowledge of any of the following: payments, protocols and tokens, DeFi, NFTs.
- Experience in investment or corporate banking, structured products, consulting, or other front‑office roles in the financial industry.

Depending on the level, the compensation for this role averages between $115,000 - $125,000 USD base salary, uncapped commission, equity, and the benefits outlined above are part of this role's package.
