Job Title:

Asset Servicing Rep - C05) based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing reconciling and processing positions related to Corporate Action events, including revisions of communications, notifications, and facilitating postings for Corporate Action or Proxy events. You will work under limited supervision, supporting an expansive array of products/services, executing moderate to complex transactions, and providing support to most operational processes as needed.

Your duties also include monitoring errors to adhere to audit and control policies, understanding procedures and controls required for custody accounts, participating in compliance activities, contributing to UAT implementation and training, and assisting with special reports and projects.

• Reconcile and process positions related to Corporate Action events.
• Revise communications, notifications, and facilitate postings for Corporate Action or Proxy events.
• Work with limited supervision on an expansive array of products/services.
• Execute moderate to complex transactions.
• Provide support to most operational processes as needed.
• Monitor errors to adhere to audit and control policies.
• Understand procedures and controls required for custody accounts.
• Participate in compliance activities.
• Participate in UAT implementation and training activities.
• Provide feedback on project-related activities.
• Assist with special reports and projects, and perform all other job duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Assess risk in business decisions, demonstrating consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets, while adhering to policy and applying sound ethical judgment.

• 0–1 year(s) of relevant experience.
• Prior work experience in a related role that provides basic knowledge of activities, policies, and procedures.
• Intermediate MS Office skills.
• Working knowledge of technical and professional principles related to the business.
• Knowledge of multiple types of investment instruments, including equity securities, fixed‑income, and asset‑backed securities.
• Proven success as a team player.
• Bachelor’s degree or university degree or equivalent experience.
• Able to work on Malaysia Public Holidays.
