We are looking for an enthusiastic and intellectually curious Investment Trainee to join our venture investment team. This role is designed for candidates who are passionate about blockchain and crypto, eager to learn, and ready to contribute meaningfully to a fast-paced investment environment.

As a trainee, you will work closely with investment professionals to conduct research, evaluate deals, support due diligence, and contribute to portfolio monitoring and post-investment activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively source and identify new investment opportunities across the crypto and blockchain ecosystem.
• Build and maintain connections within both the crypto industry and traditional finance institutions to uncover deal opportunities and partnerships.
• Monitoring developments across all key segments in crypto space, synthesize findings and strategic insights to broader sectoral understanding.
• Support end-to-end investment due diligence by conducting in-depth analysis of project fundamentals, tokenomics, team composition, and business models. Translate findings into structured reports to help with investment decisions.
• Contribute to internal presentations and stakeholder communications on pipeline projects and portfolio updates.
• Attend industry events, demo days, and conferences to stay updated and expand the firm’s network.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Math, or a related field.
• Demonstrated interest in crypto, blockchain technology, and Web3 innovation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset, excellent time management, and team spirit.
• Fluent in English;
  Chinese language skills are a strong plus.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required;
  Python or other data analysis tools are a plus.
