About the Role

Our client is a rapidly growing wealth management consultancy who have scaled from $500M to $1B+ AUM in just the past year! They are a tight-knit group with a startup mentality — excited, ambitious, collaborative.

They are growing their operations team and are looking for a motivated and experienced Operations Associate to join their team!

Responsibilities

The Operations Associate focuses on delivering high-quality client service, account maintenance, and administrative support.

  • Processing new account paperwork, maintaining accurate client records, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Handling routine client inquiries, assisting with various operational tasks, and ensuring a seamless and efficient client experience.
  • This hybrid position requires in-office presence three days a week and involves regular interaction with internal and external contacts to provide and clarify information.
  • Operating within streamlined internal processes that make your job efficient, not bureaucratic.
  • Taking ownership of client satisfaction and delivering with diligence and care.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years financial services industry experience preferably within wealth management.
  • Experience with administrative paperwork involving opening up or transferring a variety of accounts (i.e. joint, irrevocable/irrevocable trusts, ERISA, 401k rollovers, ACAT/non ACAT).
  • Preferred or willingness to pursue FINRA Series 7 or 66 (63 and 65) license.
  • Preferred or willingness to pursue industry licenses:
    Life, Health, and Annuity.
  • Retirement Plan Administration and/or Tax Plan Administration experience and knowledge of ERISA preferred.
  • Strong communicator who knows how to build trust with clients.
  • Comfortable balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a high-touch experience.
  • Someone who thrives in a high-growth, team-oriented environment.
Benefits
  • Startup energy, serious credibility. You’ll be part of an entrepreneurial team, not a corporate machine.
  • Diverse, hands-on experience. Go beyond surface-level planning — you’ll gain real exposure to tax, estate, and portfolio management.
  • Personal brand development. We actively help our advisors grow their presence with social content, webinars, and speaking opportunities.
  • Proven growth path. Just ask one of our interns — intern last year, team lead today!
  • A place where excellence gets recognized. With our growth trajectory, there's plenty of room to advance.
