FP&A Lead

Overview

A high-growth AdTech/SaaS firm is looking to hire an FP&A Lead to join its finance team during an exciting phase. This is a high-visibility role for someone who wants to move beyond traditional reporting and play a part in building a modern, insight-driven FP&A function from the ground up. Partnering closely with executive leadership, this individual will help drive forecasting, strategic planning, financial modeling, business performance analysis, and decision support.

• Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes in collaboration with executive leadership.
• Develop financial models to inform strategic decisions and business performance analysis.
• Provide decision support and actionable insights to drive operational and strategic initiatives.

• 2+ years of Investment Banking experience and 2+ years of FP&A experience.
• Exposure to SaaS, ad tech, media, technology, or other high-growth environments.
• Strong modeling skills and ability to translate financial performance into strategic insights.
• Excellent communication with senior leadership; capable of storytelling with data.
• Builder mentality, intellectual curiosity, and interest in leveraging automation and emerging technologies to improve FP&A processes.

This role is a hybrid schedule in Manhattan with compensation up to 175k on the base + bonus.
