Senior Mortgage Transaction Manager

We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual who wants to build a rewarding career with one of the fastest growing non-QM mortgage lenders.

• Work closely with title companies and attorneys to close non-QM and other types of mortgage loans on a timely manner.
• Collaborate with warehouse lenders and title companies to fund non-QM and other types of mortgage loans.
• Conduct back-back rate lock for individual loans with investors.
• Coordinate with third party pre-closing vendors and post-closing vendors to complete loan review.
• Receive, review, prepare and ship collateral documents to document custodians.

• At least three years of experience as a mortgage loan closing manager or transaction manager.
• Familiar with non-QM mortgage, and other types of commercial mortgages, such as DSCR loans, rehab loans, ground up construction loans, multifamily and other commercial properties.
• Understand TRID regulations and other compliance requirements in the mortgage industry.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.

• Incentive: $10 per each closed and funded loan.
