A growing real estate investment platform is seeking a Vice President of Acquisitions to help lead and scale its investment strategy focused on value-add multifamily investments across target U.S. markets.

This is a highly visible role offering direct exposure to senior leadership, with the opportunity to take ownership of transactions from sourcing through execution while helping shape the firm’s long-term growth. The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial acquisitions professional with a strong track record of identifying, underwriting, and closing multifamily investments.

The Vice President will be responsible for driving acquisitions across a national value-add multifamily portfolio. This individual will play a key role in sourcing opportunities, underwriting investments, structuring transactions, and executing deals from start to finish.

• Lead the end-to-end acquisitions process from sourcing through closing
• Source investment opportunities through broker relationships, direct-to-owner outreach, and proprietary channels
• Oversee financial underwriting, modeling, and investment analysis
• Structure transactions, including debt and equity execution
• Prepare and present investment memoranda to senior leadership and investment committee
• Conduct market research, property tours, and comprehensive due diligence
• Partner cross-functionally with asset management, operations, and finance teams
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, owners, lenders, and capital partners
• Contribute to portfolio strategy, market selection, and overall investment growth initiatives

• 8–12+ years of real estate acquisitions, investments, or private equity experience
• Strong financial modeling and underwriting skills
• Proven ability to execute transactions across the full investment lifecycle
• Significant experience evaluating and acquiring value-add multifamily assets
• Ability to thrive in a lean, entrepreneurial environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills with experience presenting investment opportunities to senior leadership or investment committees

• Experience acquiring value-add multifamily assets on behalf of a REPE firm, owner/operator, or family office
• Demonstrated track record sourcing and closing multifamily transactions
• Exposure to middle-market and institutional acquisition strategies
• Experience with in a vertically integrated real estate platform
• Familiarity with operational value creation, renovation programs, and asset repositioning strategies
