Finance Director

Overview

Our client, a non-profit organization, is seeking a Finance Director
. This organization prides itself on its collaborative environment and great work/life balance.

.

• Direct and plan all accounting operations
• Research, recommend, and build out internal financial policies and processes
• Prepare financial statements and coordinate audits
• Manage financial product vendor relationships and track purchase orders
• Research and recommend financial policies and processes
• Oversee tax planning, return preparation, compliance and regulatory reporting
• Analyze complex financial reports to provide recommendations to management with precision
• Manage the budget process and monthly, quarterly, year-end closings
• Salary: $180-200k annually, based on experience

• 7+ years experience, including accounting and audit experience
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Finance or Accounting
• Deep knowledge of Excel and data analytics
• Proven leadership skills
