At Broadridge, we seek a Financial Operations professional to handle daily processing of shareholder and DTC presentations related to various transfer agent activities.
Responsibilities- Review and approval of shareholder and DTC presentations for routine and non‑routine transfers, inheritance transfers, gift transfers, cost basis processing, DTC processing (DWAC & DRS), DRIP/DSPP plan enrollments, new issuances of stock, and restricted stock transfers.
- Verify and process transaction paperwork and associated documentation.
- Work on special projects to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve day‑to‑day issues.
- Assist with testing requirements for system enhancement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of Transfer Agent or Financial industry experience (preferred).
- Strong MS Excel skills.
- Detail oriented, able to detect errors in own work and in work of others.
- Effective multitasking, prioritization, and time‑management skills.
- Strong initiative, motivation, and teamwork to meet SLAs.
- Exceptional writing skills with experience drafting responses.
- Ability to monitor daily activities and proactively intervene to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Data entry proficiency.
Hourly rate: $26 – $28 per hour. Bonus eligible.
