Location: New York
Radley James, a small and highly technical crypto prop trading firm, is looking for a new junior to mid-level Quant Trader/Researcher. This role is critical in supporting systematic trading strategies while maintaining a high technical standard.
The ideal candidate will have 1–5 years of experience, strong Python skills, and relevant trading backgrounds in ETFs, equities, futures, crypto, or FX. A preference for high-frequency trading is noted, as the team operates in a highly engineered environment.
