Investor Services Manager

Location:

Dallas, Raleigh, or New York. Visa sponsorship will not be offered at this time.

• Manage a team of supervisors and administrators responsible for delivering the full suite of investor services to assigned clients.
• Process investor transactions in client funds, including due‑diligence for AML/KYC compliance.
• Prepare, review, and distribute investor reporting such as monthly account statements, transaction confirmations, and performance reports.
• Reconcile fund bank accounts daily and process authorized money movements.
• Maintain external client relationships and foster effective internal collaboration across departments.
• Ensure all client communication is accurate, timely, and consistent with service‑level agreements.
• Assist with the initialization and transition of new clients, including document review and bank‑account opening.
• Participate in client presentations as requested.
• Respond to ad‑hoc client and investor queries.

• Accounting, Finance, Legal, or Business degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and initiative, with the judgment to know when escalation is required.
• Proficiency in systems, product, and process knowledge relevant to investor services.
• Reliable, dependable, and approachable professional demeanor.

Salary range: $130,000 – $140,000 per year, commensurate with education, experience, and skill set.
