Institutional Equities – Long Only Sales Trader D.A. Davidson, a leading full-service financial services firm with operations nationwide (across 32 states), is accepting applications for experienced Long Only sales traders within the firm’s Institutional Equities Group. The person in this role will cover primarily Long Only accounts but there is potential to cover Hedge Fund accounts as well.

• 10-20 years of institutional equity sales trading experience preferred
• Established client franchise

The potential base pay hiring range for this role is $150,000 – $300,000 per year. The compensation offered will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis considering a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the skills, relevant work experience, and geographic location of each specific candidate. This role is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on achieving performance metrics.
