Location: New York

A leading global investment firm is seeking an Associate to join its Investor Relations Operations team. This is a highly reputable firm that is a premier player in its space, operating across multiple asset classes. The team is seeking to hire an IR ops analyst who will focus on supporting investor servicing by working closely with third-party agencies and internal teams to ensure the accurate and timely flow of critical investor information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a key liaison with third-party service providers to manage day-to-day operational needs.
  • Assist with RFPS, DDQS, working directly with the client
  • Research, track, and resolve operational issues related to investor information and account activity.
  • Support oversight of processes such as account openings, investor reporting, and compliance-related requirements.
  • Maintain logs of open items and monitor for patterns or recurring issues.
  • Partner with internal teams to improve controls, streamline workflows, and enhance the investor experience.
  • Assist in developing documentation and process improvements to strengthen efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. GPA 3.5 and above
  • 2.5+ years of relevant experience in operations, investor relations, fund administration, or financial services.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with data.
  • Team-oriented with a client-service mindset.
