The team provides administration and servicing oversight on transactions originated by Guggenheim Investments and its affiliates, including Private Debt Funds and ABL Financing.
The VP will be responsible for execution, reporting, and servicing of Private Debt Funds and credit facilities. Key responsibilities include working closely with deal teams on transaction structuring and document review, directing execution of cash and securities transactions, managing transaction structures involving counter parties, servicers, trustees and fund administrators, executing amendments and restructurings, and developing overcollateralization, interest coverage, and collateral quality test models.
Additional duties include reviewing and tying out data for trustee monthly and quarterly payment reports, maintaining borrowing base files for leverage facilities, shadowing and reviewing waterfall calculations and servicer reports, and supporting due diligence, RFP, and audit requests. The role requires strong credit, finance, and analytical skills with a high degree of independence.
