Director, Fund Accounting

A $10 billion+ multi-strategy investment firm specializing in Fundamental Equities, Quant, and Volatility strategies, with a global footprint and over 350 employees across five offices.

• Month-End Close Oversight (Funds and Broker-Dealer)
• Shadow Accounting and Fund Administrator Oversight
• Cash Management, Controls, and Governance
• Investor Allocations, Fees, and External Stakeholder Deliverables
• Regulatory Reporting and Audit Support
• Process Improvement, Automation, and AI

• 10+ years of experience in public accounting (financial services preferred), hedge fund accounting, fund administration, or investment management accounting
• 5+ years of direct people management experience
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and month-end close fundamentals
• Experience overseeing shadow accounting and fund administrator oversight in a multi-strategy environment preferred
• Exposure to broker-dealer close review and/or regulatory reporting support preferred
• Experience supporting Form PF and/or other investment adviser regulatory reporting preferred
