Job SummaryAs an Investor Relations Senior Associate within the Real Estate Americas Investor Relations team, you will support the marketing and communication efforts for the Real Estate Americas investments. You will work closely with internal stakeholders—investment specialists, portfolio managers, research, and client advisors—to complete client requests such as DDQs, RFPs, and questionnaires, develop marketing materials, generate fund reports, and contribute to strategic projects and client events.
Job Responsibilities- Support day‑to‑day investor relations activities for the Real Estate Americas platform.
- Assist in preparing and delivering client materials, including presentations and reports.
- Complete and manage RFPs, RFIs, due diligence questionnaires, and client/consultant questionnaires; handle ad‑hoc requests.
- Coordinate and track client deliverables, ensuring timely execution and efficient workflow.
- Contribute to strategic projects, including content creation, project coordination, and gathering client feedback.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for client events, meetings, and conferences.
- Develop an understanding of the Real Estate Americas funds, organization, and operating model.
- Build foundational knowledge of real‑estate as an asset class, portfolio allocation, and the macro environment.
- Monitor industry databases and publications for relevant competitive and marketing information.
- 4+ years of industry experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to create client‑ready materials.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Effective written and oral communication skills and analytical ability.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; comfortable with data analysis and presentation creation.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset and willingness to learn.
- Eagerness to contribute ideas and add value to the team’s efforts.
- Basic understanding of the investment‑management industry and a strong desire to develop further.
- Series 7 and 63 certifications (or willingness to obtain).
- Willingness to support and participate in client events, including occasional travel and after‑hours commitments as required.
- Experience in real‑estate, finance, or investor relations.
