• Build and review advanced financial models, including 3-statement models, DCFs, LBOs, and accretion/dilution analyses
• Develop transaction scenarios, sensitivity analyses, and risk assessments to inform deal strategy
• Conduct industry, market, and comparable company research to support transaction positioning
• Coordinate due diligence planning, data room structure, and cross-functional execution timelines
• Prepare and refine pitch books, investment memoranda, and senior-level client presentations
• Partner closely with senior bankers to align transaction strategy with client objectives
• Track transaction milestones and support execution efficiency across live deals

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and transaction analysis skills
• Demonstrated interest in investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction advisory
• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear strategic insights
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with senior stakeholders
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deal work streams
• Prior experience through internships or full-time roles in banking, consulting, private equity, audit, or FP&A is advantageous
