Leading Audit for A Better Future
We’re more than a Hospital—we’re a community of people working together to deliver exceptional care. Behind every patient story is a network of systems, processes, and people making it all possible. Our Internal Audit team helps keep those systems running at their best—finding smarter ways to manage resources, streamline operations, and support the teams who care for our patients.
Now, we’re adding a new twist: using artificial intelligence and automation to make our audits sharper and more insightful. If you’re curious, tech-savvy, and ready to make a real impact early in your career, this is your chance.
Staff Auditor - Internal Audit & ComplianceAs a Staff Auditor with AI skills, you’ll help us uncover opportunities to improve how our Hospital operates—whether it’s assessing controls over payroll, reviewing supply chain processes, or finding ways to save costs without compromising care. You’ll also help design automation tools that take the “busy work” out of auditing, freeing the team to focus on big-picture improvements. In this role, you'll assist in planning and performing operational and financial audits across hospital departments like payroll, procurement, patient billing, and inventory.
In addition, analyze data to spot trends, inefficiencies, or unusual patterns. Build and test AI-powered tools—like automated sampling scripts or natural language processing for document review. You'll help to create dashboards and automated reports to share findings with leadership, while documenting your work in clear, actionable reports that help teams improve. Your work will contribute to better patient experiences, more efficient hospital operations, and smarter use of resources.
