Overview:
We are partnering with a leading large-cap digital infrastructure fund seeking a Vice President to join its NYC-based investment team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead evaluation and execution of investments across data centers and hyperscale infrastructure
- Build, own, and review complex financial models and valuation analyses
- Drive due diligence, transaction structuring, and negotiations
- Partner with management teams and operating partners on value creation initiatives
- Support portfolio monitoring and strategic decision-making
- 5-10 years of experience in TMT private equity or digital infrastructure investing
- Strong transaction experience with increasing ownership of deal execution
- Prior experience in digital infrastructure (data centers, cloud, fiber)
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage work streams and junior talent
