Job Description Overview
Expand client relationships by identifying opportunities to deepen existing relationships and advising clients on Private Bank's capabilities.
Responsibilities- Drive inflows of new business across all product lines with a strong emphasis on Investment Products.
- Lead complex investment opportunities and grow book balances and year‑over‑year revenue.
- Partner with and mentor Private Client Managers on more complex products and client relationships.
- Act as Chief Operating Officer for the client team, coordinating relationship management activities and managing delivery of a branded client experience.
- Encourage use and adoption of digital capabilities to enhance the client and client team experience.
- Build relationships with internal and external partners and centers of influence.
- Execute the Client Management Process and partner across the enterprise to provide a branded client experience.
- Series 7, 63 and 65 (or Series 7 and 66) – unlicensed candidates may be considered if willing to obtain licenses within 90 days per exam.
- 7+ years of successful experience managing relationships with high‑net‑worth clients or equivalent financial services/business experience.
- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, influence, partnership, and client‑management skills.
- Strong knowledge of banking and investments, general understanding of trusts and wealth transfer.
- MBA or post‑graduate degree (CFP, CPA, CFA, CTFA, CFM, JD).
- Strong investment experience.

Hours per week: 40
CompensationAnnualized salary range: $110,000 – $215,000, with variable incentive plan based on performance.
BenefitsEligible for formulaic incentive plan and other benefits such as paid time off, health and wellness resources.
Legal and RegulatoryThis position may involve residential mortgage loans and requires SAFE Act registration. Employees must register and pass the required background check; failure to maintain registration may result in termination.
