We are hiring a Vice President of finance to provide strategic and operational financial oversight within a regulated financial services organization. This role partners closely with executive leadership to drive financial performance, strengthen risk management, and support long-term value creation. The successful candidate will lead enterprise financial planning, reporting, and governance while ensuring regulatory compliance and enabling growth initiatives across the organization.
Responsibilities- Oversee enterprise financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes.
- Lead financial reporting, accounting operations, and regulatory filings in accordance with GAAP and industry standards.
- Partner with executive leadership to support strategic initiatives, capital allocation, and investment decisions.
- Manage financial risk, liquidity planning, and balance sheet optimization.
- Oversee internal controls, audit coordination, and compliance with regulatory and governance requirements.
- Develop financial models and analytics to support business growth, profitability, and risk assessment.
- Lead and develop senior finance leaders and high-performing finance teams.
- Support Board-level reporting, investor communications, and executive decision-making.
- Serve as a trusted financial advisor to executive leadership and business unit leaders.
- Drive disciplined financial governance across business units and functions.
- Support organizational scalability through financial systems modernization and process optimization.
- Contribute to enterprise strategy, transformation initiatives, and long-term planning.
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive financial leadership experience within financial services, banking, or regulated environments.
- Proven experience overseeing financial planning, reporting, compliance, and risk management at a senior level.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, internal controls, and governance frameworks.
- MBA, CPA, CFA, or other advanced financial credentials are strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead senior teams and influence executive stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
- Salary up to 240,000 USD, based on experience.

Hybrid executive role with standard leadership hours, Monday through Friday. Flexibility required to support financial cycles, regulatory deadlines, and executive engagements.
