The Relationship Associate is responsible for providing operational and service support to Independent Financial Professionals, addressing day‑to‑day requests, inquiries, and escalations while ensuring a high level of client service and compliance.
Job Responsibilities /Main Function- Serve as a liaison between Financial Professionals and Insigneo for all service‑related inquiries, escalations, and issues.
- Coordinate and execute the onboarding of new Financial Professionals and their business, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Support recruiting efforts by participating in system demos and training sessions for prospective Financial Professionals.
- Manage and respond to Financial Professional requests in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Handle and resolve department‑level escalations in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with firmwide communications and respond to inquiries from Financial Professionals.
- Support Relationship Managers in executing strategic initiatives, projects, and business objectives.
- Partner with the Market Head to foster a strong local branch culture, demonstrating leadership and maintaining effective branch operations.
- Coordinate and participate in local branch events and activities.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal departments to support brand initiatives, firmwide events, communications, and recognition programs.
- Review account opening documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal standards.
- Train and educate Financial Professionals and clients on service models, financial solutions, products, and technology platforms.
- Process fund distributions, asset movements, and other operational transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Work closely with internal teams and end clients to resolve service and operational matters.
- Provide guidance on internal procedures and processes.
- Prepare ad hoc reports as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial services, operations, or a related role.
- FINRA Series 7 license is a plus.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Knowledge and understanding of brokerage systems or applications.
- Experience with Pershing systems preferred.
- Strong client service orientation with the ability to respond promptly and professionally.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage time‑sensitive projects.
