As an Associate Banker inMid-Corporate Banking, you will work both independently and as part of a team to introduce our comprehensive solutions to companies with annual revenues ranging from $100million to $2 billion.
Youare responsible for helping bankersdeepen existing client relationships,uncover new prospects and opportunities,complete portfolio reviews, build market share,and drive internal and external client dialogue.
You will beexpectedtopossessa comprehensive understanding of our full range of financial solutions, including
Capital Markets, Investment Banking,Credit,Comprehensive Treasury Services(payables), International Banking, and Merchant Services. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product partners, Global Corporate Banking, andother diversifiedteams.
You willdemonstratea genuine interest incorporate finance, capital markets, the broad macro economy, complexity, advisory services,a strong commitment to teamwork and partnership, and consistently upholds the highest standards of work ethic and attention to detail.

- Navigate the Mid-Corporate product ecosystem and develop meaningful relationships with internal and external partners

- Provide support to senior bankers on the team
- Find ways to drive new client acquisition in partnership with the bankers

- 4+ yearsin a similar banking, venture,creditor treasury role
- Outstanding professional reputation and integrity
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
- Proven ability to develop andretainprofitable client relationships in a highly competitive environment
- Expertise in assessing, structuring, and negotiating complex credit transactions
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Deep knowledge ofbankingproducts and services
- FINRA Series 79, 63 and Securities Industry Essentials licensesrequiredor mustbeobtainedwithin
180 daysof hire
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Superior knowledge of the market dynamics and its business environment preferred
- Excellent problem-solving, oral, and written communication skills
