Location: New York
- Prepare comprehensive credit memorandums including financial analysis, cash flow projections, stress testing, and risk recommendations.
- Present credit findings and recommendations to senior credit stakeholders and approval committees.
- Verify that all required conditions and documentation have been satisfied prior to loan closing and funding.
- Monitor portfolio performance through ongoing review of financial reporting, covenant compliance, and borrower activity.
- Analyze loan documentation to ensure consistency with approved credit structures and risk parameters.
- Maintain accurate credit files and supporting documentation in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in periodic portfolio reviews, renewals, and annual credit assessments.
- Support internal audits, regulatory examinations, and loan review activities.
- Assist with portfolio reporting, risk monitoring, and management information requests.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of credit processes, policies, and procedures.
- Identify, evaluate, and elevate emerging credit risks and portfolio concerns as appropriate.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, risk management standards, and compliance requirements in all aspects of the credit review process.
- Support additional credit and portfolio management initiatives as business needs evolve.
