A leading middle-market investment bank, advisory firm, or consulting practice may seek a Strategic Advisory Analyst to support clients with corporate strategy, business transformation, and financial advisory initiatives
. These roles are ideal for candidates seeking exposure to strategic problem-solving, market analysis, and client advisory projects alongside financial analysis.

Assist senior advisors in strategic advisory engagements
, including corporate strategy, business optimization, and M&A-related analysis

Build and maintain financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic recommendations (3-statement, DCF, LBO, or other relevant frameworks)

Conduct industry research, benchmarking, and market analysis to inform client strategy

Prepare presentation decks, investment memoranda, and client briefings that summarize findings and recommendations

Support project management and cross-functional coordination for client initiatives

Collaborate with senior advisors to deliver actionable insights, recommendations, and strategic solutions

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline

Strong skills in financial modeling, data analysis, and valuation

Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication abilities

Ability to manage multiple work streams in a fast-paced, client-facing environment

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Prior internship or full-time experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, or related fields is beneficial

Proficiency in Excel, Power Point , and common research/analytics tools
