Equity Operations is a key part of Global Markets Division. The business encompasses post‑execution client services across Equities and Fixed Income. The Client Integration team supports the onboarding of new Equities and Fixed Income clients globally and is focused on efficiency, good client experience and front‑to‑back straight‑through processing. The Client Integration Team is located in London, New York, and Hong Kong.

• Work in partnership with other operations teams and FICC / Equities business to ensure that new clients are onboarded accurately and in a timely manner to achieve a good client experience.
• Coordinate onboarding configuration of new clients trading FICC cash and Equity products (cash, synthetics, and listed options) and enable existing clients with new products and markets within Equities.
• Work directly with clients to obtain their post‑execution preferences and understand their requirements in entirety.
• Liaise with multiple teams globally across operations, technology and business, building a good understanding of front‑to‑back trade lifecycle for Equities.
• Proactively ensure any newly onboarded clients have no issues after trading commences by monitoring the client’s pilot trade activity to ensure front‑to‑back straight‑through processing.
• Support the existing team in supporting new business and clients.

• Experience applying strong technical skills to find innovative and creative solutions in a continuously changing environment.
• Previous experience with equities (cash, synthetic, listed options) and fixed income (cash) products in a middle office, onboarding or client service‑related environment.
• Display a high degree of professionalism and integrity through work.
• Understanding of the equities prime and franchise business along with fixed income product.

The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States‑based position is $80,000–$135,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year‑end.
