Vice President, BXMA - Institutional Client Solutions (ICS)
OverviewThe Vice President will lead and support institutional investor relationships for Blackstone’s BXMA business, working closely with senior leaders and investment teams to deliver marketing, investor relations, and client service initiatives across North America.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute a long‑term fundraising and marketing plan for BXMA’s new and existing businesses.
- Create marketing materials, prepare client meetings and conference calls, produce customized monthly reporting, and respond to ad‑hoc client investment requests.
- Collaborate with BXMA’s investment and functional teams to generate investment solutions and information for clients.
- Lead and participate in regular meetings and conference calls with existing clients to review portfolios/funds, discuss investment decisions, and address questions regarding fund exposures, manager strategies, performance attribution, and industry outlook.
- Highly motivated with strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven attention to detail.
- Solid knowledge of capital markets and investment strategies.
- Experience marketing investment products to institutional investors.
- Self‑starter with initiative, entrepreneurial drive, and ability to thrive in a dynamic, performance‑based, team environment.
- Demonstrated professional integrity and commitment to acting in the best interests of clients and the firm.
Base salary: $185,000–$200,000 per year, with additional compensation and discretionary bonuses. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and FSA plans, paid time off, life insurance, 401(k) plan, and potential equity and incentive compensation. Certain roles may require relevant securities licenses.
