Key Bank - - Responsibilities:
Monitor assigned work queues and inboxes throughout the day, ensuring tasks are completed timely and accurately within SLAs;
Process monetary and non-monetary transactions using automated posting applications to ensure accounts balance;
Perform account maintenance and balance daily; research discrepancies with Accounting or Balance & Control;
Conduct basic to complex research using multiple banking systems and applications and implement remedial actions;
Provide world-class customer service to internal and external customers and support team workload
