$15 Billion Credit Alternative Asset Manager Seeks a Senior Fund Accountant/Assistant Fund Controller
- Reporting to the CFO
- Responsible for the Monthly & Quarterly Closing Process
- Oversee Relationship with External Fund Administrator
- Assist in Preparation of Annual Financial Statements
- Oversee Accounting for Private Funds
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Review of the Funds’ Quarterly Audited Financial Statements
- Managing the Funds Audits
- Investor Capital Calls and Distributions
- Management Fee Calculations
- Cash Management
- Special Projects
- 4-7 Years of Fund Accounting Experience at a Hedge Fund, Private Equity Firm or Fund Administrator
- Credit Products a Plus- ABS, CLO's, etc
- Public/Private Experience and a CPA a Big Plus
- Strong Excel & Analytical Skills
