Position OverviewCapital Introduction Associates support fundraising and investor relations teams by helping identify, engage, and track prospective investors. This role focuses on facilitating connections between fund teams and potential limited partners, supporting capital-raising initiatives, and managing investor communications.
Associates work closely with senior leadership, investment teams, and marketing/IR departments to streamline fundraising efforts, track investor activity, and provide insights into investor engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Research and identify potential investors, including institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals
- Assist in managing the investor pipeline and maintaining CRM systems with detailed investor interactions and activity tracking
- Support the preparation of investor-facing materials, presentations, and marketing collateral
- Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and virtual events, including scheduling and logistical support
- Track fundraising activities and provide regular reporting on investor engagement, pipeline progress, and metrics
- Collaborate with investment teams to provide investor insights and support fundraising strategy
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies in communications with investors
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Understanding of private markets, hedge funds, private equity, or asset management fundraising processes
- Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for investor-facing interactions
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in investor relations, capital raising, and client engagement
