Play a crucial role in forming the shape and direction of Rabobank's energy transition franchise. Take a lead role in strategic and event driven dialogue with large and important clients and originate new business for the bank.

You and Your Job

As a Vice President, Energy Transition Coverage you will be successful in originating and developing high‑value business for new and existing clients.

Rabobank sees the Energy Transition sector as a foundational pillar to help the bank achieve its ambitious growth objectives. The coverage function seeks to enhance the quality of dialogue with all of its energy customers. You will position yourself as the first call with key clients, helping to solve their most challenging problems and originate new opportunities for the bank in the effort.

Job Responsibilities

Develop a structured and active calling, prospecting, and positioning effort in order to improve Rabobank's position with key clients. Work with internal stakeholders to pitch for and win strategic business from clients. Develop a profile as an industry leader with high visibility in the market.

Your Promise to Us

To be considered for the Vice President, Energy Transition Coverage role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years’ experience in a front office banking role with commercial responsibilities
  • Track record of developing and growing business in key focus sectors
  • Ability to travel regionally, more than 50%
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis. Rabobank is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position.
