The role targets control equity and structured capital investments across transportation, digital infrastructure, power & utilities, and other infrastructure assets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Take a leadership position in deal teams analyzing infrastructure investment opportunities, including control equity and structured capital investments
Manage quantitative and qualitative due diligence on prospective investments
Create and present investment committee presentations
Lead all aspects of investment management post-closing, including financing and disposition efforts
Communicate effectively with team members, investment bankers, company management teams, counter parties, and advisors
Requirements:
Minimum 7-10 years of experience, including as principal infrastructure investor
Excellent quantitative skills with experience building financial models
Bachelor's degree and strong academic achievement from top-tier school
Compensation: $180,000 - $200,000 base salary (New York City specific)
