Responsibilities
  • Be in daily contact with corporate clients, answering clients’ quarries & ad hoc requests.
  • Build relationships with various internal and external audiences to ensure timely problem resolutions and to provide support for a range of audience needs and services.
  • Perform financial and operational investigations including credit, foreign exchange, cash management and trade services, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.
  • Responsible for operational effectiveness of clients’ relationships and building trusted relationships with clients.
  • Manage internal processes related to corporate clients’ portfolio.
  • In charge of credit lines system control, credit approval memos, manage loans booking, monitoring, draw‑down requests, collateral monitoring and credit maintenance generally.
  • Be a key contact for routine credit requests/problem escalation and resolution.
  • Tasked with credit documentation amendments and credit review workflow management.
  • Assist Relationship Managers/Bankers and Risk Analysts with relationship reviews and client portfolios.
  • Identify revenue opportunities, position certain products with clients and monitor billing and service queries, as well as correct mapping/marketing hierarchies to ensure revenues earned from all products are appropriately reflected.
  • Assist in completion of internal FX, Derivatives, LGs, LCs and/or other credit related processes.
  • Monitor cash management products implementation.
  • Complete account opening documentation forms, including KYC, etc.
  • Take responsibility for setting up clients in the internal systems and for correct client mapping.
  • Effectively manage and control AML and compliance issues including management of corrective actions. Cooperate with Product Partners and Bankers to perform various activities for KYC requirements, including timely origination, monitoring, renewals and completion across all product and marketing levels.
  • Clients’ correspondence handling.
  • Participate in the preparation of support discussions for clients, ensures designee approvals/deferrals in place, and ensure discussion is lodged in Citi Risk Approvals.
  • Assist the team in ad hoc activities (e.g. preparing presentations to clients and/or internal materials related to the deals in pipeline and execution).
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Ideal Candidate
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience

  • Fluent English and Czech knowledge
  • Proven planning, negotiation and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of bank products including loans, cash management and treasury products

Education
  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
