Job DescriptionThe Senior Treasury Liquidity Analyst maintains, enhances, and develops reporting processes, control frameworks, and/or systems. Daily activities involve providing leadership, direction, and necessary quality assurance checks regarding liquidity reporting and all relevant investor and/or regulatory requests. This role contributes to the development of liquidity methodology and assumptions, processes, frameworks and/or systems to support Liquidity Risk. The analyst also provides analytical support to senior team members on ongoing projects.

Contributes to the development and enhancement of the liquidity management framework for TD's consolidated US operations. Monitors and manages liquidity across various legal entities and business segments, collaborating with stakeholders such as business, risk management and other TD groups.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain liquidity methodologies, strategies & processes used to generate risk measurement information for Liquidity Risk Management.
- Support ongoing reviews with 1B, 2nd line and 3rd line functions.
- Develop, document, and maintain applications as assigned by management or required.
- Implement efficient collateral, intraday and cashflow forecasting monitoring.
- Responsible for adding and making changes to the technology base, ensuring orderly implementation with minimal client service disruption.
- Diagnose and resolve problems of varying complexity related to OS, productivity software, hardware.
- Interact with internal and external partners to gain co-operation and provide expertise where required.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience.
- Preferred:
Bachelor's in Business, Finance or Economics or a Master's in Finance, economics or a quantitative field. - 5+ years’ experience in Treasury or finance/banking.
- Experience in Liquidity Management or Treasury function within a financial services setting.
- Understanding of key liquidity regulations such as Reg YY, FR 2052a, LCR and NSFR.
- Excellent technical and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparing presentations for senior management.
- Develops and maintains strong business relationships with business line management.
- Develops and maintains liquidity methodologies, strategies & processes that are used to generate risk measurement information used Liquidity Risk Management.
