Vice President, Controller | Private Equity | Fund Finance | NYC

A global investment platform is looking to add an experienced VP-level Controller to its Fund Finance team.

Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day fund and GP accounting, supporting capital planning activities such as capital calls and distributions, and coordinating with internal and external partners including fund administrators, auditors, and tax providers. The role also supports valuation review processes, deal funding mechanics, and internal reporting, with exposure to carry programs and broader firm initiatives.

The ideal profile brings 10–15 years of experience, a combination of public accounting and private investment management, and strong familiarity with private equity or closed-end fund structures. CPA required; experience with GP accounting, carry management, and valuation processes is strongly preferred.
