  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex workflows, balance competing priorities, and work effectively in fast‑paced deal environments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Represent private equity sponsors, institutional investors, and portfolio companies across the full investment life cycle.
  • Advise on fund investments, platform acquisitions, add‑on acquisitions, and exit transactions.
  • Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, merger agreements, equity documentation, and ancillary deal materials.
  • Assist portfolio companies with add‑on acquisitions, joint ventures, and public and private financings.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across tax, finance, and regulatory practices to deliver seamless, business‑focused solutions.
  • Conduct due diligence and oversee process management across all phases of a deal.
  • Coordinate with subject‑matter experts across disciplines to address transaction‑related issues.
  • Support senior attorneys and clients in structuring, negotiating, and executing strategic transactions.
  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships through responsive and solution‑oriented service.
