A fast-growing private credit platform is seeking a Credit Analyst/Associate to join its expanding team in NYC. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone looking to take on meaningful responsibility across underwriting, portfolio analysis, and deal execution while supporting lending solutions for growth-oriented businesses. The role offers direct exposure to senior leadership and long-term growth potential within a collaborative, fast-paced investment environment.
Responsibilities- Underwrite new and existing lines of credit for growth-oriented businesses including technology and software companies.
- Perform financial modeling, credit analysis, cash flow modeling, and guarantor analysis to evaluate borrower performance and credit risk.
- Support transaction execution through due diligence, deal structuring, investment memos, deal structuring, and credit recommendations.
- Monitor portfolio performance and ongoing credit risk.
- 3+ years experience in credit, private credit, direct lending, leveraged finance, investment banking, or private equity.
- Strong financial modeling, underwriting, and credit analysis experience across middle market transactions.
- Exposure to technology, software, SaaS, recurring revenue, or cash flow lending businesses.
