As a Loan Agency Closing Specialist
, you will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients, leading the coordination of closings, funding, and facility onboarding

Your role is critical to maintaining operational integrity and client satisfaction in high-stakes transactions.

• Act as the primary contact for internal and external clients, leading the coordination of closings, funding, and facility onboarding
  .
• Analyse credit agreements
  , extract critical data for Loan IQ
  , and manage lifecycle events such as amendments, waivers, and restructurings.
• Lead closing calls with borrowers, lenders, and counsel, monitoring commitment limits and cash flows to ensure flawless execution.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to operational improvements
  , helping to shape best practices within the team.

• 3+ years of experience in Loan Agency, with hands-on Loan IQ expertise in facility onboarding, deal closing, and fee setup.
