Tax Director - Family Office

An established family office is looking for a bright, articulate, and motivated individual to manage certain traditional tax and family office services for its family shareholders. This position will assist with provision of services pertaining to family members’ tax, financial matters, real estate, accounting and other ad hoc projects.

This position will assist the CFO with tax and certain financial and operational tasks including, but not limited to:

• Point of contact for family members regarding financial and tax matters
• Review tax projections and tax packages of individuals, trusts, and partnerships
• Ensure timely and accurate tax returns prepared by a third-party firm
• Lead, coordinate and manage special projects, including household employment matters and other financial analyses
• Liaising with internal teams and external advisors, including attorneys, accountants and bankers to ensure seamless service delivery
