Role focuses on distribution of structured USD-denominated loan transactions from Latin America and Europe to the broadly syndicated loan market, with particular focus on private direct lenders and institutional investors.
Key responsibilities:
Lead marketing and distribution of structured loan transactions from Latin American and European companies into the BLS investor universe. Drive investor dialogue for Latin American corporate credits including leveraged loans, acquisition financing and event-driven financings. Build and execute tailored syndication strategies: investor targeting, order book development, and pricing optimization. Expand BTG Pactual distribution footprint among U.S. private direct lenders, institutional credit funds, and loan market participants.
Maintain coverage of investors active in emerging markets credit, cross-border lending, and special situations.
Requirements: 7-10 years in loan syndication, leveraged finance sales, private credit distribution, or institutional credit marketing at a global bank, investment bank, private credit platform, or alternative asset manager with Latin American credit exposure.
