A growing advisory practice is seeking a National Tax Director to lead complex tax planning and advisory engagements for entrepreneurs, business owners, executives, and high-net-worth individuals.
This leadership role combines technical tax expertise, client advisory, and team development. The successful candidate will oversee a portfolio of sophisticated clients, provide strategic guidance on tax planning opportunities, mentor tax professionals, and help drive the continued growth of the practice.
Ideal candidates will bring:
- 10+ years of progressive tax experience
- CPA or EA designation
- Strong expertise in partnerships, S-Corporations, trusts, and high-net-worth tax matters
- Experience managing client relationships and leading teams
- A consultative, solutions-focused approach
