Risk PMO

A leading global investment firm is hiring a Risk PMO. Our firm offers alternative asset management as well as capital markets and insurance solutions. We aim to generate attractive investment returns by following a patient and disciplined investment approach, employing world‑class people, and supporting growth in its portfolio companies and communities.

• Provide PMO support for Risk governance, regulatory, and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate project plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and action items across multiple work streams.
• Track progress and escalate risks, issues, and blockers as appropriate.
• Support stakeholder engagement and cross‑functional coordination.
• Prepare status reports, governance materials, and management updates.
• Support committee governance activities, including meeting coordination and action tracking.
• Assist with project management of Risk and Control Self‑Assessment (RCSA) and Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) activities.
• 9am - 5pm | Hybrid Schedule

• Strong PMO, project coordination, or delivery management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and reporting skills.
• Experience with in Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, Governance, or Financial Services environments is preferred but not essential.
• Self‑starter with a proactive and execution‑oriented mindset.
