Blackstone Executive Offices - Strategic Relationships, Analyst

Blackstone Strategic Relationships manages key counter party relationships across the firm, including with banks, advisors, and asset managers. The team seeks to align firmwide priorities across counter parties and internal business units.

• Assist in briefing efforts, materials, and follow‑ups for meetings with Blackstone’s counter parties (banks, advisors, and financial sponsors).
• Support team efforts to maintain firmwide counter party data, commentary, and mapping infrastructure, alongside business‑specific metrics, including partnering with the technology team on building out reporting and automation tools.
• Serve as an internal ambassador and troubleshooter for BXSR aggregation initiatives with colleagues within business units.
• Produce recurring and ad‑hoc reports/analyses of firmwide counter party relationships and trends.
• Lead special projects from idea phase to completion.
• Develop subject‑matter expertise on relevant topics related to Blackstone’s counter party relationships.
• Produce industry update materials to brief BX senior management on latest developments affecting banks, advisors, and financial sponsors.

• 1+ years of experience in the financial services industry preferred; banking experience a plus.

Expected annual base salary range: $100,000 – $130,000. Actual base salary within that range will be determined by experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. For roles located outside the US, the posted salary bands are not applicable. Additional compensation and benefits include comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision, FSA), paid time off, life insurance, 401(k) plan, discretionary bonuses, and potential equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstone’s discretion.
